The maintenance and housekeeping teams work very hard but look as if they might need additional staff as they seem very busy.

|Recommended: YesAmazing Place — The floor plan, amenities, and staff are all amazing. It's everything we hoped for and more. It's like paradise. The price is very affordable for the location. The design is modern and the technology is state-of-the-art. Everyone there is friendly and accommodating.

|Recommended: YesRough Start Great Location — I rented this apartment well in advance. The communication with the leasing agent was challenging at best. I wasn’t prepared on move in. Didn’t realize I needed to reserve the loading dock. Insurance requirements weren’t communicated and agent was off. The team recovered. Within a week there was a leak that damaged the floors. With the exception of the first day of the incident no one from the office has discussed with me what the plan is what will be done and the timeframe. I understand it’s new construction however the communication has nothing to do with that. I’m hoping that as they grow they tighten up communication. Great location easy access to highways walking distance to everything. Beautiful facility. Amazing views.
